Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns to drive measurable growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, ROI-focused, and experienced in managing high-performing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. You will be responsible for scaling user acquisition, improving conversion rates, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) through continuous testing and optimization. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) LinkedIn Ads (B2B campaigns) Optimize campaigns for leads, app installs, sales, and conversions Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels Monitor and improve CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates Manage daily, weekly, and monthly ad budgets Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) Analyze campaign performance and prepare insight-driven reports Work closely with design, content, and development teams for campaign assets Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and platform updates 🧠 Required Skills & QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Solid understanding of performance funnels and attribution models Experience with GA4, GTM, and tracking pixels Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions Knowledge of landing page optimization & CRO Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and remarketing Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills ⭐ Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Experience in mobile app marketing (Android/iOS) Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads & programmatic ads Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, HubSpot, WebEngage, or Mixpanel Experience in agency or SaaS environments 🎁 What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to work on high-growth brands & products Creative freedom and ownership of campaigns Fast-learning, growth-oriented work culture Long-term career growth opportunities
