Job Description

Achyutam Technology is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns while also handling complete on-page SEO activities to improve website performance and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing (Paid Ads):

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms
• Manage search, display, remarketing, and social media ad campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and conversions
• Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and creatives
• Manage ad budgets and ensure maximum ROI
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

On-Page SEO Responsibilities:

• Perform keyword research and mapping for web pages
• Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headers (H1–H6), and URLs
• Optimize website content for search engines and users
• Improve internal linking structure and page hierarchy
• Optimize images (alt tags, compression, naming conventions)
• Improve page load speed and Core Web Vitals
• Ensure proper implementation of schema markup
• Fix on-page SEO issues such as duplicate content, broken links, and crawl errors
• Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO-friendly implementation

Analytics & Tracking:

• Set up and manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
• Analyze website and campaign data to improve performance
• Track user behavior and optimize funnels for better conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Good understanding of on-page SEO best practices
• Experience with keyword research tools and SEO tools
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
• Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO
• Basic understanding of technical SEO
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency
