Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. The Recruiter will also be involved in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases and participating in job fairs and other recruiting events.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across multiple locations.
•  Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
•  Source candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
•  Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview rounds.
•  Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Enhance employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs or industry events.
•  Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
•  Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong sourcing network and ability to work in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
• Excellent communication skills (local language proficiency is a plus)
• Self-driven, and target-oriented.
