Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at 3CE in Chennai. The Recruiter will be responsible for direct recruitment, executive headhunting, contract to hire, staffing, and executive search within the engineering and IT domains. Additionally, the Recruiter may be involved in sheet metal stamping simulations and press tool die designs.

Qualifications

• Sourcing and Screening profiles for job portals
• Executive Headhunting and Executive Search skills
• Contract to Hire experience
• Knowledge of engineering domains, sales, IT domains, automotive domains, Fintech domains etc.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Salary upto 25k per month plus attractive incentives based on the experience.
• Passionate and aggressive to workin in core sourcing and end to end recruitment.
