Position Summary


The Accounts Manager / Accounts Head is responsible for overseeing the entire accounting function, ensuring accuracy of financial records, compliance with statutory requirements, and timely reporting. The role involves managing the accounting team, developing internal financial controls, and supporting strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:


Accounts:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales and receivables.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and coordinate payment follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, credit notes, and basic financial statements.
  • Support internal and statutory audits as required.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for accurate monthly closing.

Required Skills

:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial principles.  
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, or similar).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
