Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The Recruiter will also be responsible for developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and maintaining candidate databases. Additionally, the Recruiter will work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process and provide an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
• Ability to develop job descriptions and post job advertisements
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in maintaining candidate databases and using recruitment software
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Understanding of HR processes and onboarding procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
