Responsibilities
Job Summary
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for internal permanent roles at Pinnacle Technical Resources
- Work closely with department leaders to define job requirements, craft detailed job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles that support Pinnacle's mission and culture
- Proactively source high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and Pinnacle's internal talent networks to fill open positions
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the hiring process
- Promote Pinnacle Technical Resources culture, values, and career opportunities through job postings, career fairs, and social media to attract top IT and professional talent
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs across Pinnacle's diverse departments
- Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates and foster an inclusive hiring process in line with Pinnacle's commitment to diversity
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools to track recruitment metrics, monitor progress, and optimize hiring strategies for Pinnacle's needs
- Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to Pinnacle Technical Resources policies, labor laws, and industry regulations
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires at Pinnacle
- Stay informed about IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to maintain Pinnacle's competitive edge in talent acquisition
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in corporate or in-house recruiting, preferably in the IT services or technology sector, with a focus on permanent placements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at Pinnacle Technical Resources
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or Taleo) and proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in Pinnacle's fast-paced environment
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates, fostering trust and collaboration within Pinnacle's team-oriented culture
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving organization with the ability to pivot strategies to meet Pinnacle's changing needs
- Familiarity with employment laws, diversity hiring practices, and HR compliance standards relevant to Pinnacle's operations
- Reliable internet connectivity and a professional home office setup for hybrid or remote work, if applicable, to support Pinnacle's flexible work environment
