Role: Talent Acquisition Executive

📍 Location: Navi Mumbai (On-site)

🕒 Type: Full-time

✨ What You’ll Do:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
(lateral & bulk hiring) for healthcare and clinic roles.
Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple regions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and close positions effectively.
Ensure smooth onboarding and deliver a great candidate experience.
Support
employer branding
and IT hiring as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

2–3 years
of experience in
Talent Acquisition
(must-have).
Strong experience in
lateral + bulk hiring
, preferably in healthcare/clinics.
Good understanding of the
TA lifecycle systems
.
Excellent communication & organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
