Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Talent Acquisition Executive based in Goregaon. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on IT recruitment, identifying and hiring the best talent to meet organizational needs. The candidate will collaborate on employer branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals, and maintain open channels of communication with hiring managers. Additional responsibilities include crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Hiring and Recruiting skilled professionals across various roles.
  • Strong Communication skills to maintain effective interaction with candidates and internal teams.
  • Knowledge and expertise in Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent and promote the company culture.
  • Specialized skills in IT Recruitment & Non IT, with a solid understanding of technical roles and capabilities.
  • Ability to build professional relationships, collaborate effectively with team members, and contribute to recruitment strategy.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
