Job Description

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and lead end-to-end recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and on boarding candidates
  • Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
  • Create and publish job postings on job boards, social media, and internal platforms
  • Build a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interviews
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent
  • Support campus hiring, job fairs, and recruitment drives
  • Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or similar HR role, IT-Non IT

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
