Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role

• We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end hiring activities.
• The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across various business functions while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
• Understand hiring needs from business leaders and create effective JD and sourcing strategies.
• Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidate fitment (skills, experience, CTC, notice period, motivation).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate database, tracker, and recruitment dashboards.
• Conduct reference checks, document verification, and support offer rollout.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.
• Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.
