We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive (35 years experience) to support hiring across the EST market (USA, Canada, LATAM). This role requires strong expertise in technical recruitment, global sourcing, and stakeholder engagement.
? Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical roles in the EST market.
? Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across roles like Adobe Workfront/Fusion
Developers, QA Engineers, Full Stack Developers, System Architects, Data Engineers, Cloud
Specialists, and more.
? Partner with hiring managers in the USA, Canada, and LATAM to understand role
requirements, skills, and cultural fit.
? Use innovative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates across North and Latin America.
? Leverage market knowledge to advise on compensation trends, talent availability, and
competitive hiring strategies.
? Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
? Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Ceipal experience preferred).
? Meet and exceed targets, SLAs, and hiring deadlines.
? 35 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with strong exposure to USA/Canada/LATAM
hiring.
? Candidates must have proven experience in staffing, talent acquisition, or recruitment
processes.
? Solid track record in technical recruitment and global sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed,
niche tech platforms, referrals).
? Deep understanding of IT roles and technical skill sets.
? Ability to engage with international candidates across multiple time zones.
? Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
? Experience with ATS (Ceipal preferred).
? Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote-first, fast-
paced environment.
