Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive – Coworking Space & Commercial Units Location: Zirakpur, Punjab Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years in real estate/commercial property sales Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at Zirakpur . The role involves selling coworking spaces as well as other commercial units (e.g., office spaces, retail outlets, etc.) within our property. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate sales and a strong network in the Tricity region. Key Responsibilities: Actively promote and sell coworking spaces and commercial units to prospective clients. Generate and follow up on leads via calls, emails, site visits, and fieldwork. Conduct property tours and highlight USPs of each unit. Handle inquiries, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, operations) for smooth sales processing. Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial or real estate sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Familiarity with the Zirakpur/Chandigarh/Tricity market is a must. Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales leads.
