Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely follow-up. Coordinate with the sales office and management for booking confirmations and documentation. Keep the site office clean, presentable, and ready for client visits at all times. Maintain a visitor log and record of all inquiries and visits. Support in organizing site events, open houses, or promotional activities. Provide feedback from clients and assist in improving the overall sales experience. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in real estate or customer service (fresh candidates with good communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable appearance and professional attitude. Confident in explaining details and handling client queries.
