Real Estate Salesperson

We are seeking a confident and customer-focused On-Site Sales Executive to manage client visits and property showings at our real estate project. The ideal candidate will be based on-site, welcoming prospective buyers, providing property tours, explaining project details, and assisting clients throughout the sales process. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to build trust and rapport with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to walk-in clients and visitors at the project site.
• Conduct property tours and highlight key features, amenities, and advantages of the real estate scheme.
• Explain pricing, payment plans, and project details clearly and confidently.
• Maintain updated knowledge of the project layout, available units, and surrounding area.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with the sales office and management for booking confirmations and documentation.
• Keep the site office clean, presentable, and ready for client visits at all times.
• Maintain a visitor log and record of all inquiries and visits.
• Support in organizing site events, open houses, or promotional activities.
• Provide feedback from clients and assist in improving the overall sales experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate or customer service (fresh candidates with good communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
• Confident in explaining details and handling client queries.
• Ability to work independently on-site with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, WhatsApp, email).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
