Role Overview We are looking for energetic and persuasive Real Estate Salesperson to drive customer acquisition and conversions for our residential plotting projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to convert walk-in and digital leads into successful site visits and bookings. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound leads generated through digital campaigns, channel partners, and walk-ins. Conduct telephonic, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions with potential customers to understand their requirements and pitch suitable plots. Arrange and manage site visits for customers; ensure a smooth and engaging property experience. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects using CRM tools until closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective conversion strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project details, pricing, offers, and legal documentation. Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth lead handover and customer experience. Collect market insights and provide feedback to management on customer trends and competitor activity. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline). 4-8 years of experience in real estate sales or similar customer-facing roles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both English and Hindi). Strong ability to build rapport with customers and instill trust. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales processes (lead tracking, WhatsApp communication, etc.).
