Role Overview We’re looking for a creative, research-driven Script Writer to craft short-form viral content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. Your scripts will be the foundation of engaging videos that capture attention in the first 3–5 seconds and keep viewers hooked until the very end. This is a remote, full-time role where you’ll work closely with our editors, content managers, and clients to create scripts that not only entertain but also generate leads. Key Responsibilities Write short-form scripts (30–90 seconds) optimized for virality across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. Develop powerful hooks and storytelling structures that maximize retention and engagement. Research trends and brainstorm creative viral ideas tailored to different industries. Convert conversations from Google Meet/Zoom recordings into engaging, viral-ready scripts. Collaborate with the creative team to align scripts with branding, tone, and target audience . Constantly study what’s trending in content and apply it to your writing. Requirements Proven experience writing short-form content for influencers, creators, or brands. Deep understanding of viral hooks, trends, and storytelling . Strong writing skills in English & Hindi (Gujarati is a big plus). Ability to analyze conversations and turn them into concise, engaging scripts. Portfolio or samples of scripts/videos that have reached 100k+ or million+ views .
