Real Estate Salesperson

We’re now looking for a Real Estate Salesperson to manage and qualify our inbound leads from social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and support our growing client base and realtor team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage 

  inbound leads

   from social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

• Follow up with all leads

   via messages, calls, or emails to understand their property needs.

• Add qualified leads to the CRM

   with complete information name, contact details, property interest (commercial, resale, or pre-construction), and relevant notes.

• Call leads

   for qualification and schedule appointments with the realtor when appropriate.
• Manage and update the 

  CRM database

   regularly to ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate 

  email blasts

   and 

  marketing campaigns

   for new projects and listings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 

  Real Estate sales, Lead Coordinator, or CRM Specialist

   (real estate industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of 

  CRM systems

   (e.g., Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Gohighlevel, Salesforce, or similar).
• Understanding of 

  email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing workflows

  .
• Excellent 

  communication and follow-up skills,

   both written and verbal.
• Comfortable making 

  inbound and outbound calls

   to leads.
• Proficient with 

  Adobe PDF Editor, Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite

  .
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for real estate.
