Job Summary: The Front Desk Executive (HR & Admin) serves as the first point of contact for the organization, offering administrative support across the company. This role includes managing front-desk responsibilities such as greeting visitors, handling calls, and correspondence, while also supporting HR and administrative functions like employee documentation, scheduling interviews, and maintaining office supplies. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Duties: Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees professionally. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Administrative Support: Maintain inventory and manage office supplies. Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs. Support the organization of meetings, travel, and accommodations. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office space. Assist with data entry and record keeping. HR Support: Assist in onboarding activities such as document collection, ID card issuance, etc. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events. Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office space. Assist with data entry and record keeping. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 6 MONTHS–1 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role. Basic knowledge of HR procedures is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Pleasant personality and professional appearance. Working Conditions: Full-time position, Monday to Saturday (as per company policy).
