Job Summary:

The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and closing property sales for residential and/or commercial properties. The role involves client relationship management, site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, digital platforms, open houses, and listing services.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide relevant property details, and guide them through the sales process.
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits and inspections with clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and build new client networks.
  • Negotiate deals and coordinate with legal and documentation teams.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Attributes:

  • Fluency in local language(s) and English.
  • Valid driving license and own conveyance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work on weekends or outside normal hours when required.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and client-handling capabilities.
  • Good knowledge of local real estate laws and market conditions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
