Real Estate Salesperson

As a member of our real estate team in Gurugram, your role will involve assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, maintain a strong market knowledge, and build lasting client relationships. Freshers who are passionate about real estate and sales are encouraged to apply, as full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. - Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. - Conduct property visits, negotiate deals, and close transactions. - Stay updated on property listings, pricing trends, and market conditions. - Cultivate relationships with clients, builders, developers, and property owners. - Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions. Required Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. - Basic knowledge of real estate trends (training provided). - Proficiency in MS Office and online property portals is advantageous. Education: - Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.). - MBA or Real Estate Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
