Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson based in Ghaziabad. The Real Estate Salesperson will engage with clients to understand their property needs, conduct property showings, negotiate deals, facilitate documentation, and maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the market, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while adhering to company standards and ethical practices.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Real Estate, Real Property, and other relevant market concepts
• Proven Sales and negotiation skills
• Customer Service experience and ability to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Experience in the local real estate market is a plus
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred
