Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the real estate market.
  • Manage daily operations across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Create and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories) that reflects our brand and listings.
  • Optimize LinkedIn presence: grow followers, engage with industry professionals, and generate leads.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics; prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on real estate trends and social media best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, preferably in real estate or related industries.
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn strategy, content creation, and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, LinkedIn Analytics).
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with SEO, paid advertising, and CRM integration is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
