About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with at least 6 year of experience, ideally in the real estate industry, to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs to promote our properties, enhance our brand identity, and support marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality marketing materials including property brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners, and signage.
• Create and edit visual content for websites, listings, and email campaigns.
• Develop branding assets for new property launches, including logos, presentation decks, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure all creative content aligns with brand standards.
• Edit and retouch property photos as needed.
• Stay updated on design trends in real estate and digital marketing.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 6 year of graphic design experience, preferably in real estate.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Good knowledge of video editing tools is a plus (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real estate-related or marketing design work.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Understanding of branding, layout, and typography.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with real estate CRM or listing platform.
• Experience with social media management or Canva.
