Role Overview

designing, implementing, and optimizing automation systems

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage automation workflows using
N8N, Make (Integromat), Manychat, and GoHighLevel CRM
.
Create
end-to-end sales funnels,
from lead capture on social media to CRM integration, follow-ups, and nurture sequences.
Develop
email, WhatsApp, and SMS automations
for engagement, reminders, and retargeting.
Design and optimize
lead funnels
for different service niches (real estate, mortgage, law, accounting, etc.).
Integrate AI tools to automate
DM responses, lead qualification, and appointment booking
.
Maintain and improve
CRM pipeline automation
, ensuring every lead is tracked and assigned properly.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure smooth funnel-to-CRM transitions.
Analyze automation performance metrics and continuously improve workflows for
conversion and efficiency
.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience with
N8N, Make, Manychat, and GoHighLevel CRM
.
Strong understanding of
sales funnel design
and
CRM workflow automation
.
Experience with
email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing tools
(e.g., Twilio, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
Basic knowledge of
API integrations, webhooks, and data mapping
.
Familiarity with
AI chatbot automations
and
lead qualification bots
.
An analytical mindset to track funnel performance and optimize for conversions.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with
real estate, mortgage, or professional service businesses
.
Knowledge of
Zapier, ChatGPT API, or Meta automation tools
.
Understanding of
landing page builders
and
form integrations
(Typeform, Jotform, etc.).
