About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to streamline our customer communication channels across Freshchat, Email, and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with automation setup, integration, and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up automation workflows in Freshchat (campaigns, chat journeys, and triggers)
• Build Email Automations for order confirmations, payment notifications, and follow-ups
• Implement WhatsApp Automation for order updates, promotions, and customer engagement
• Integrate Razorpay or other payment tools with WhatsApp notifications
• Optimize and test the end-to-end automation flow for a smooth customer experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Freshchat, WhatsApp Business API, and Email Automation tools (like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.)
• Understanding of webhooks, triggers, and API integrations
• Ability to manage automation setup end-to-end
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
