Inventory Manager

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory management processes within our distribution center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels, managing supply chain logistics, and utilizing analytics to drive efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of materials management and demand planning, as well as the ability to analyze data effectively to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock movements and ensuring timely replenishment.
• Oversee the receiving, storing, and distribution of materials within the warehouse.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present inventory metrics and trends for management review.
• Implement best practices for materials management and optimize warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply issues.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff in inventory handling procedures, including heavy lifting protocols.

Experience

• Proven experience in inventory management within a distribution center or warehouse environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with demand planning processes and supply chain logistics is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software for effective reporting and visualization.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
• A background in materials management is a plus, enhancing your capability in this position.

Pay: ₹30,016.34 - ₹35,030.44 per month
