Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Automation Specialist who loves solving problems with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), AI models/APIs, and business workflow platforms. Even if you're a fresher, if you enjoy experimenting with automation tools or building systems that reduce manual work this role is for you! You will set up, test, and maintain automation workflows, AI integrations, and productivity tools for internal teams and global clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Build automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
- Integrate AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) into business processes.
- Set up and customize work management tools like Notion, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.
- Analyze business needs and design efficient, scalable workflows.- Create automation for data syncing, notifications, reporting, and task management.- Manage documentation and SOPs for all automations and systems.- Collaborate with developers & clients to deliver automation-based solutions.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations.
- Curiosity and problem-solving skills willing to learn automation tools quickly.- Good communication skills and ability to understand requirements.- Knowledge of tools like n8n, Zapier, Integromat, or similar (good to have, not mandatory).
- Familiarity with Notion / ClickUp / Jira setup and configuration (bonus).

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with AI tools, chatbot setups, prompts, or automation.
- Understanding of Python/JavaScript for minor script-based automation.
- Experience with CRM tools, email automation, or workflow tools.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, Airtable, or Slack automation.
