Retention Marketer

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized and engaging experiences that drive customer lifetime value. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will design and optimize email, push notification, and in-app campaigns tailored to different customer segments and lifecycle stages. Through continuous A/B testing and optimization, you will ensure the effectiveness and ROI of retention initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include developing customer retention strategies, identifying patterns that lead to churn, collecting and analyzing customer feedback, and working collaboratively with product, customer support, and marketing teams to align retention strategies with overall company objectives. To succeed in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in retention marketing or lifecycle marketing. Proficiency in email marketing, CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and data analytics tools is essential. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing best practices.
