As a seasoned Marketing Leader from the Ed-Tech industry, you will be responsible for heading the marketing vertical and driving brand visibility, digital performance, and customer acquisition across online and offline channels. The ideal candidate for this position should have proven experience as a Head of Marketing / Sr. Digital Marketing Manager in leading Ed-Tech companies like BYJU'S, Unacademy, UpGrad, Simplilearn, etc. Hands-on experience in running successful digital campaigns and performance marketing strategies is required. Deep understanding of Google Ads, Analytics, social platforms, SEO tools, CRM, and automation platforms is essential. Strong experience with webinar marketing, affiliate marketing, and BTL activations is preferred. Additionally, possessing strong leadership skills to guide, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams, as well as experience working closely with creative, content, product, and sales teams, is beneficial. An analytical mindset with robust reporting and optimization skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a B.Tech / MBA qualification preferred with Digital Marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, etc.) will be advantageous.
