CRM/Growth Executive, Noon Food

As a CRM Specialist at noon Food, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing the F&B delivery landscape in the Middle East. Your key responsibilities include: - Working closely with the CRM manager to develop the CRM strategy for noon Food. - Owning key growth OKRs for communications performance. - Managing the CRM calendar and ensuring alignment with the campaign calendar. - Building, testing, and executing campaigns on the app. - Collaborating with design, content, and marketing teams for communication design. - Conducting analysis to measure the impact of CRM campaigns and producing regular performance reports. - Performing quality checks on the application to ensure a seamless user experience. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a related field. - Have 6 months to 1 year of total work experience. - Possess 6 months to 1 year of experience in e-commerce and CRM marketing dashboards & tools (preferred). - Demonstrate strong analytical abilities and proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities. - Exhibit creativity, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently. - Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, and high-energy environment. - Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative mindset. - Show a history of teamwork and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve goals. - Demonstrate organizational skills, flexibility, and a track record of producing results. - Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
