Job Description

As the Content or Editorial Lead at Lenskart, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the consumer's journey by crafting brand stories with the right tone, timing, and format for all touchpoints. Your efforts will shape how customers perceive and engage with Lenskart across physical stores and digital interfaces, establishing the brand as both culturally resonant and commercially compelling. Key Responsibilities: - Lead editorial-led commerce experiences in collaboration with Brand Experience, Fashion Studio, UX/UI, and design teams. - Own content quality and maintain brand voice across various content types, ensuring personality, clarity, and brand alignment. - Innovate content experiences by introducing new formats, experimenting with trend narratives, and integrating cultural storytelling to make eyewear engaging and contextually relevant. - Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, performance marketing, UI/UX, merchandising, packaging, and catalog teams to align campaigns and consumer journeys with content requirements. - Analyze performance metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and engagement to refine content strategy, identify areas for improvement, and conduct experiments and A/B tests to optimize copy and UX flow. - Manage projects and stakeholders by handling multiple briefs, coordinating with external partners and agencies, maintaining timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact content assets. Qualifications: - Experience: You should have 6-10 years of experience in editorial, content, or e-commerce, preferably with exposure to fashion or lifestyle branding. Some roles may specify approximately 2-5 years of experience. - Education: A Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Literature, Communication, or Marketing is required, while a Master's degree is preferred, especially in communications or business disciplines. - Strong writing ability: You should be capable of crafting witty, concise fashion/brand copy for various formats. - Brand-led thinking: You must possess a strategic storytelling mindset aligned with the brand. - Understanding of UI content & editorial UX: Familiarity with UI content and editorial UX is essential. - Good knowledge of SEO and audience engagement tactics would be a bonus. - Personality traits: You should be a hands-on problem solver, a highly collaborative project manager, and customer-centric with the ability to prototype quickly and iterate. - Additional experience: Any familiarity with performance marketing, CRM campaigns, omni-channel retail, multilingual markets would be a plus.,
