Work With Performance Team: Align creatives, messaging, and hooks for top SKUs. Be the voice they build ads around. Coordinate With Design Agency: Share briefs, give feedback, ensure visual consistency. Lead Product + Packaging Content: Names, descriptions, rituals, ingredient blurbs, product cards, standees, etc. Blog + SEO Collaboration: Approve topics, rewrite intros, make sure they’re brand-true and rankable. Email + Retention Content: Work with performance/CRM teams to write flows that sound like us. You’ll Thrive If You: Have 3–6 years in content/brand for a D2C, agency, or lifestyle brand Are hands-on: write, edit, brainstorm, and brief Know how to direct designers even if you don’t design Can brief influencers, shoot content, ideate reels Get product + positioning + customer psychology Are obsessed with packaging, names, textures, captions, layouts
