Social Media & Content Lead

You will be responsible for owning AMINU's social presence, including planning, creating, and guiding content that reflects the brand and resonates with the community. This role entails working closely with the Design team, the Performance marketing team, and the co-founder and head of research at AMINU. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan the monthly social calendar and collaborate with the design team to execute ideas effectively. - Provide guidance to the copywriter on the tone and messaging for social media posts. - Coordinate with the Community Building team to align on a calendar basis with upcoming and ongoing campaigns. - Regularly generate ideas and shoot raw content that can be transformed into engaging stories. - Stay curious and continuously learn about skincare and AMINU. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-3 years of experience in social media/content management. - Strong grasp of brand voice and digital storytelling. - Creative, hands-on, and collaborative individual who can brainstorm, create, and guide content effectively. - Proven ability to build a brand's social media or digital presence from the ground up is a bonus. - Must be a people person with excellent interpersonal skills.
