Social Media & Content Lead

What You’ll Do

Plan & Execute Content Strategy

• Build monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
• Conceptualize campaigns around destinations, festivals, and travel experiences.
• Work with our Video Editor & Graphic Designer to turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals.

Create & Curate Stories

• Draft scripts, voiceovers, coordinate team and self shoots, and manage our content bank.
• Pick the best shots, edit captions, and bring Triphunter’s vibe to life through reels, posts & stories.

Collaborate & Grow

• Partner with micro and macro influencers for collaborations and reposts.
• Engage actively with followers, handle DMs, and share genuine queries with our Sales Team.
• Work closely with Product & Management teams to decide which destinations deserve the spotlight.

Analyze & Improve

• Track engagement, identify what works, and keep experimenting.
• Stay ahead of trends, formats, and emerging platforms.

• Someone who lives and breathes social media.
• Passionate about

  travel, music festivals, and unique experiences.

• Great at writing captions, understanding aesthetics, and working in a team.
• Positive energy, ownership mindset, and “let’s make it happen” attitude.
