As a derm-grade skincare brand built specifically for teenagers and young adults, you are at a very early stage and in the process of building the brand from the ground up. You are currently seeking a driven and creative individual who desires real ownership, not just an internship. **What you'll own:** - End-to-end Instagram management including content creation, posting, and growth strategies. - Content creation encompassing photos, reels, and short videos (phone is acceptable). - Editing tasks utilizing Canva and basic video tools. - Shaping the brand's tone of voice and visual direction. - Experimenting with Instagram growth strategies. - Assisting in setting up and managing Meta / Google ads or learning alongside the team.
