Observe how customers interact with our website —gather real-time data on user experience, and move through each stage of their journey—from landing on the site to completing a purchase.

Turn your observations into insights and share them with the marketing, product, and community teams to drive better decisions

You’ll work closely with the founding team, get access to real-time feedback and brand strategy conversations, and build a foundation in communication, experience design, and consumer thinking, all through the lens of a slow, evolving wellness brand
