Role Overview: As a Content Strategy Lead at our company, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that align with our company's goals and meet the needs of our audience. Your main tasks will include: Key Responsibilities: - Creating a variety of content such as blogs, social media posts, whitepapers, etc., while maintaining a consistent and high-quality standard. - Implementing SEO best practices and using analytics tools to optimize content performance. - Ensuring that all content produced reflects our brand voice and meets our content quality standards. - Engaging with our audience on social media platforms and monitoring content performance. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams and offering mentorship to content creators within the organization. Qualifications Required: - Enthusiasm for content creation and a desire to make a significant impact. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization. - Ability to work well in a team and provide mentorship to others. - Prior experience in creating engaging content for various platforms. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The work location is in person.
