Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Executive located in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, communication with clients, account management, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships. Responsibilities and Duties ● Monitor the effectiveness of business development strategies and contribute to improvement discussions. ● Should have very good communication skills. ● Work alongside various departments to ensure a unified approach to achieving business goals. ● Conduct market research to support business development initiatives. ● Filter business listings for those that match our ideal customer profile. ● Segment prospects based on interesting events and key research points. ● Attend training sessions, sales meetings, shadow sales calls and demonstrations. ● Work closely with data analysts and other team members to understand data requirements and deliver accurate results. ● Document data extraction procedures and maintain comprehensive records.
