As a Creative Director at Monks, you will lead the charge on pitch decks, brand campaigns, and standout content, bringing your copy-first approach to everything from scripts and slogans to social-first storytelling. You will be the voice of creative vision across projects, setting the tone, building narratives, and guiding ideas from first line to final cut. Your role will involve taking ownership of creative execution, collaborating with clients, and shaping concepts across a variety of deliverables. - Lead the charge on pitch decks, brand campaigns, and standout content with a copy-first approach - Be the voice of creative vision across projects, setting the tone and guiding ideas - Take ownership of creative execution and work closely with strategy, design, and production teams - Collaborate with clients, lead creative workshops, and present ideas effectively - Shape concepts across various deliverables such as digital and social campaigns, branded content, hero films, and platform experiences - Write headlines, scripts, taglines, and manifestos while mentoring junior writers and creatives - 10+ years of creative experience with at least 2 years as a Creative Director - Strong portfolio showcasing writing-led work in social, digital, and film - Mastery of storytelling, concepting, and brand voice - Ability to lead presentations, inspire teams, and sell ideas effectively - Passion for digital culture, internet trends, and creating winning content - Experience working alongside film directors, editors, and animators - Understanding of the advertising process and ability to be pragmatic when necessary,
