Visual Designer

As a Visual Designer at Sundew, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation, creating innovative solutions for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will play a crucial role in crafting compelling visual designs that engage and resonate with SMB audiences. Your primary responsibility will be to develop visually stunning digital marketing assets, in-app designs, and CRM campaigns while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Design and deliver digital marketing assets, in-app visuals, and CRM campaigns that align with the brand voice and business objectives. - Create layouts and visuals within brand guidelines to reinforce the company's style and voice. - Break down design briefs, research the target audience, and develop creative solutions to ensure that the visual assets resonate with SMB audiences. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Branding teams to align visual assets with business goals and service offerings. - Develop aesthetics, product artwork, component designs, and marketing materials to enhance the product's image. - Possess at least 3 years of experience in Visual or Graphic Design. - Hold a Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field. - Strong portfolio showcasing digital graphic design expertise. - Knowledge of motion graphics is considered a plus. - Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and freehand illustration. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to keep up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.,
