Visual Designer

About the role-

We are looking for a talented and creative Visual Designer. If you have a passion for crafting engaging visuals, designing compelling illustrations, and bringing ideas to life through animation and motion graphics, this role is perfect for you. You will play a key role in shaping the brand's visual identity across various digital and marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Brainstorm, design, and create visually appealing illustrations and motion graphics.

2. Develop engaging creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.

3. Create short explainer videos, animations, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.

4. Produce high-quality marketing collaterals, including brochures, standees, and presentations.

5. Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.

6. Utilize design software such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign (or similar tools).

7. Incorporate animation effects that convey emotions, mood, behaviour, movement, and personality.

8. Edit videos, seamlessly, and create high-quality output.

Requirements-

1. Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).

2. Working knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and 2D/3D animation.

3. Ability to create compelling digital illustrations and high-quality visual designs.

4. Experience in branding, marketing creatives, and visual storytelling.

5. Strong understanding of design language, composition, and layout principles.

6. Excellent multi-tasking and creative problem-solving abilities.

7. Solid grasp of illustration techniques, including character sketching, clean-up, and colouring.

8. Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining design consistency across platforms.

9. Bachelors degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).

10. Proven experience in visual design, motion graphics, and animation.

11. Strong ability to push creative boundaries and explore new design concepts.

12. Comfort working within tight deadlines while maintaining quality and creativity.
