Visual Designer

Spread is hiring a full-time Visual Designer to work on big and audacious projects.

Skills You Need

• Strong fundamentals in brand, communication and experience design
• Expertise in typography, layout, colour, hierarchy and grids
• Experience across brand identity, digital, print and campaign design
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Animation and After Effects
• Working knowledge of UX/UI principles and responsive design
• Familiarity with design-to-development workflows
• Strong visual judgement and attention to detail
• Ability to articulate design thinking clearly
• Deep understanding of Materials, New Materials  and Production techniques

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Brand & Communication Design, or a related field from a reputed institute

• 2 - 4 years of relevant design agency experience

• Bengaluru-based candidates preferred

Concept & Visual Thinking

• Translate strategy and briefs into clear visual directions
• Develop concepts that scale across multiple formats and platforms
• Contribute to ideation and early-stage design thinking

Design Execution & Quality

• Deliver high-quality outputs across brand, print, digital and campaigns
• Build and maintain coherent visual systems
• Ensure consistency, precision and finish across all deliverables

Digital Presence

• Design for web and responsive environments
• Design for Social Media
• Work closely with developers for accurate design handoff

Collaboration & Ownership

• Collaborate with strategy, content, experience and film teams
• Own projects from concept to final delivery
• Iterate effectively based on feedback

Time & Accountability

• Manage multiple deliverables and timelines
• Meet deadlines without compromising on quality
• Uphold Spread’s design standards at all times
