Your Mission 🫵 As a Growth Marketer at Tilt, you will take the lead on driving growth, predominantly through paid acquisition channels like Google, Instagram and TikTok. This role demands a strong background in performance marketing, experience managing diverse businesses and budgets, and a results-driven mindset. What You’ll Do 👷 0–3 months Build and execute a B2B lead generation strategy targeting resellers, brands, and retailers across the UK & EU. Set up, manage, and optimise HubSpot pipelines, automations, and integrations. Build fast, high-converting landing pages (Webflow, HubSpot CMS, Notion pages, or no-code tools). Implement Typeform (or similar) for lead capture, qualification and routing. Analyse competitor outreach + funnel strategies and apply insights to improve acquisition. Take ownership of lead quality, calling leads to verify interest + needs + readiness. Set up clear reporting across CPL, CPA, conversion rates, lead velocity, and funnel health. Collaborate with sales, category managers, and product to align messaging and targeting. 3+ months Scale lead-generation channels to deliver consistent, high-intent B2B leads at efficient payback periods. Drive down Cost per Lead (CPL) and Cost per Close (CPCL) through channel and funnel optimisation. Build multichannel acquisition across LinkedIn Ads, Meta, TikTok, cold email, content, webinars, events, and partnerships. Develop and test new B2B landing pages, funnels, and qualification frameworks. Lead the development of an in-house outbound engine (email sequencing, CRM enrichment, data tools). Make product and onboarding recommendations to improve B2B conversion and reseller experience. Support category teams by generating lead lists for retailers, wholesalers, and niche brands. Build and manage external agencies or freelancers (performance, copy, design) when needed. Stay on top of market trends and competitor messaging to keep our approach fresh and relevant. Requirements 📋 3+ years in B2B demand generation, growth, or performance marketing (ideally SaaS, marketplace, or lead-gen heavy environments). Proven experience building a B2B lead-acquisition engine that delivers a consistent flow of qualified leads and drives measurable increases in closed-won deals — not just volume, but high-intent leads that convert. Deep working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, automation, workflows, lists, and reporting. Ability to build and iterate landing pages quickly (Webflow, no-code, or HubSpot CMS). Experience using Typeform, Zapier/Make, or workflow tools for smart qualification + routing. Strong understanding of lead funnels, attribution, ICP targeting, and data-driven optimisation. Comfortable jumping on calls to qualify leads, understand objections, and feed insights back to the funnel. Strong analytical skills—you obsess over CPL, conversion rates, and funnel drop-offs. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, categories, product, and data. Nice to have: Understanding of retail, wholesale, e-commerce, or marketplaces. We’re looking for a Retention Marketer who can turn users into repeat buyers through smart segmentation, lifecycle flows, and high-impact offers. This is not a basic “email marketer” role. This is a full-stack lifecycle strategist who owns the user journey from install through first purchase to becoming a loyal customer. You will own the end-to-end retention engine: email, SMS, notifications, offers, segmentation, and cohort-based experimentation. Your job is simple: bring users back, get them to buy again, and keep them coming back. What You'll Do 👷 0–3 Months: Foundation + Fast Wins Build & launch in app retention notification message flows Create clear frameworks & funnels to increase first time buyer conversion rate Segment users & understand at what are clear buying points Own reporting (retention, user cohorts, category insights) 3+ Months: Scale + Retention Ownership Automate all flows and work with the product team to implement new features Own the retention roadmap Audit and rebuild the entire retention funnel, from first session through first purchase to repeat purchase. Build a multi-touch onboarding framework tailored to user type (auction users vs buyers vs browsers). Improve activation journeys to reduce drop-off between install, follow sellers, streams, purchase. What You’ll Do 👇 Lifecycle & CRM Build and optimise email flows across onboarding, reactivation, education, and loyalty. Create high-converting SMS sequences that drive urgency and repeat purchase. Own all CRM tools, automations, and lifecycle journeys. Notifications & Messaging Continuously split-test notification copy, timing, and segmentation. Plan retention moments around drops, live events, category pushes, and platform-wide offers. In-App Retention Offers Create and manage in-app incentives (offers, rewards, vouchers, credits). Own the retention marketing budget and ensure strong ROI. Test offer structures by user type, behaviour, and category. Cohort & Behaviour Analysis Identify user cohorts (e.g., sneaker buyers, Y2K shoppers, auction users, high AOV buyers, inactive users). Run targeted tests across messaging, targeting, and offers per cohort. Analyse user behaviour across categories, sellers, price points, and events to improve activation and repeat purchase. Data, Reporting & Experimentation Build dashboards and reports for DAU/WAU/MAU, reactivation, and repeat purchase metrics. Run ongoing experiments to improve activation, engagement, and RPR. Collaborate with product, supply, marketing, and creators to influence user behaviour and retention. Who You Are 📋 2+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle marketing, or CRM (marketplace or e-commerce ideal). Deep knowledge of email, SMS, CRM tools, segmentation, and flows. Strong copywriter with the ability to craft persuasive retention messaging. Analytical thinker who understands funnel drop-off, cohort decay, and behavioural segmentation. Comfortable working fast, running experiments, and iterating weekly. Obsessed with user psychology, incentives, and what makes people come back.
