Core responsibilities

• Talent acquisition:

  Find and engage with potential candidates to fill job openings.
• Develop and post clear and attractive job descriptions.

• Sourcing:

  Identify candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, colleges, and employee referrals.

• Screening:

  Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

• Interview coordination:

  Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers or other team members.

• Candidate management:

  Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and manage candidate relationships.

• Offer and negotiation:

  Extend job offers and assist in the negotiation of terms.

• Compliance:

  Stay updated on employment laws and ensure the hiring process is fair and inclusive.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements.
