Role & responsibilities

• Strategy and planning:

  Develop and implement recruitment strategies, and collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs.

• Job creation:

  Write and update job descriptions and specifications.

• Candidate sourcing:

  Proactively search for and attract qualified candidates using databases, social media, professional networks, and job boards.

• Screening and assessment:

  Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person), and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.

• Interview coordination:

  Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.

• Offer and negotiation:

  Extend job offers, negotiate compensation and benefits, and manage the closing process.

• Candidate experience:

  Ensure a positive experience for applicants throughout the hiring process by acting as a point of contact and providing feedback.

• Onboarding:

  Assist with the onboarding of new hires to help them become fully integrated into the company.

• Record keeping:

  Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate records of candidate information.

• Reporting:

  Track and report on key hiring metrics, such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and time-to-fill.

• Checks:

  Perform reference and background checks to verify candidate information.
