About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and driven International Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for Dubai-based positions. The ideal candidate will have strong headhunting skills, a solid understanding of global hiring practices, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment for roles based in Dubai, from sourcing to onboarding

✅ Source high-quality candidates through headhunting, social platforms (LinkedIn), and other sourcing channels

✅ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of international talent

✅ Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies

✅ Conduct screening, shortlisting, and initial interviews with potential candidates

✅ Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

✅ Maintain accurate and timely records of all recruitment activity

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 1–3 years of hands-on experience in headhunting and talent acquisition

✅ Prior experience in international recruitment is a plus

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)

✅ Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities

✅ Results-driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated professional
