Role Overview We are looking for a HR Executive (Recruitment) to join our Gurgaon team. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring for sales, operations, customer service, and corporate positions. The ideal candidate should be energetic, target-driven, and passionate about hiring high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and selection. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases. Conduct HR rounds and evaluate candidates for role fit, communication, and cultural compatibility. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication with candidates. Handle bulk hiring for sales and support teams when required. Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures of open positions. 2. Onboarding Support Assist in preparing offer letters and coordinate joining formalities. Ensure proper documentation and handover to the HR operations team. 3. Stakeholder Management Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and position requirements. Provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline strength. 4. Employer Branding Support recruitment campaigns, job postings, and branding initiatives. Represent the organisation professionally to create a strong candidate experience. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (experience in sales hiring preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver within deadlines. Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools.
