Role Overview

We are looking for a HR Executive (Recruitment) to join our Gurgaon team. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring for sales, operations, customer service, and corporate positions. The ideal candidate should be energetic, target-driven, and passionate about hiring high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and selection.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.
  • Conduct HR rounds and evaluate candidates for role fit, communication, and cultural compatibility.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication with candidates.
  • Handle bulk hiring for sales and support teams when required.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures of open positions.

2. Onboarding Support

  • Assist in preparing offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and handover to the HR operations team.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline strength.

4. Employer Branding

  • Support recruitment campaigns, job postings, and branding initiatives.
  • Represent the organisation professionally to create a strong candidate experience.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (experience in sales hiring preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver within deadlines.
  • Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools.
  • Target-driven, organised, and proactive approach.
