Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups
  • Handle

    employee onboarding and induction

    processes
  • Maintain and update

    employee records, HR databases, and personnel files

  • Support

    attendance, leave management, and HRMS operations

  • Assist in

    payroll processing

    and coordinate with payroll vendors/accounts team
  • Ensure compliance with

    labor laws and statutory requirements

    (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.)
  • Address

    employee queries and grievances

    in a timely manner
  • Support

    performance appraisal

    and confirmation processes
  • Implement and communicate

    HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines

  • Assist in

    employee engagement activities

    , events, and internal communications
  • Manage

    exit formalities

    , including resignation processing and full & final settlements
  • Prepare HR reports related to hiring, attrition, and employee data
